SpotOn Hub start with a tailored consultation to understand your business goals, team structure, and the roles you want to fill in Spain.
We offer flexible engagement models to fit companies with or without a Spanish legal entity.

Onboarding & Assessment

SpotOn Hub facilitates fully compliant employment in Spain, without requiring your company to set up a local entity. Through our trusted operational structure, the employee is hired via a legally compliant employment framework under a registered Spanish employer.

SpotOn manages and coordinates all aspects of local employment compliance, including:

  • Tailored employment contracts, aligned with your needs and Spanish labor laws

  • Payroll processing, salary disbursement, and social security contributions

  • Tax compliance, including registration, withholding, and reporting

  • Provision and administration of benefits such as health insurance, paid leave, and more

     

There is no legal employment relationship between your company and the worker.

The worker performs their day-to-day work for you, while employment is administered through SpotOn’s structured local solution.
